Dr Joseph Glenmullen is someone with a website which has lots of information mainly from his own work and links to buy his very useful books, which in the main assess the benefits and risks of antidepressant use.  The ‘useful links’ tab page on his website has an appendix from one of his books.  It is a table of likely withdrawal effects that people will come across when discontinuing these drugs.  As such it is a very useful checklist and resource for people attempting to come off all types of antidepressants.  The ‘Daily Checklist of Antidepressant Withdrawal Symptoms’ is in .pdf format and the website homepage is:  http://www.drglenmullen.com
